What a great and beautiful weekend last weekend for the 2nd Annual Duck Duck Goose 5K to benefit Murphey Candler Park Conservancy in Brookhaven, GA. Murphey Candler Park Conservancy hosted this weekend long event starting on Friday night with food trucks, adult beverages and live music and continued on into Saturday morning with a race and over 600 runners!! There was hair spray to color the kids hair, music, food and loads of kids for Montgomery Elementary School's RUN CLUB. Kids in strollers, backpack carrier's and many of our four legged friends too! Everyone came out to enjoy the evening in our park. Saturday morning brought perfect temperatures, happy faces and lots of photos! (See all of them HERE) 100% of the proceeds raised goes to benefit the park. I love to be an event photographer in Atlanta and helping participate in these sorts of fundraisers. What a great job I have!!
